The workshop "Coin Collecting Basics," offered March 27 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (registration required; call 719-482-9857). ANA Numismatic Educator Rod Gillis teaches this fun and informative course for people getting started in the hobby.

Numismatic Theatre is held throughout the day March 26-27, and consists of half-hour presentations by ANA members. Virtually every aspect of numismatics is represented, and many talks this year will deal with the history of Texas. (See complete schedule or convention program for times.)

Special coin forum with United States Mint Director Ed Moy! The forum will be held March 27 at 11 a.m. at the Hall D Stage. Director Moy will talk about new issues and other topics at the U.S. Mint.

Treasure Trivia, a game where young visitors are challenged to find the answers to numismatic questions for a prize. It's a great way to learn new things while exploring the convention! The activity starts and ends at the Hall D Lobby near the show entrance.
